Reviewsworld allows users to submit, post, and share reviews, comments, photos, and other content (“Reviews World”) through the Services. You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit, post, or share through the Services, and Reviewsworld is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any User Content. You agree that you will not submit, post, or share any User Content that:

• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;

• Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

• Contains any software viruses, worms, or other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware;

• Violates any law or regulation;

• Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

You grant Reviewsworld a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant to Reviewsworld the rights in such User Content, and (ii) neither the User Content, nor your submission, posting, or sharing of the User Content, nor Reviewsworld's use of the User Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or proprietary or other proprietary rights, or result in the violation of any applicable law.
